GENERAL CONDITIONS - All regular tours are subject to availability and are confirmed for a minimum reservation of 2 people. Cancellation fees : cancellations within the week to 24 H before the service : 10% of the fees. Cancellation under 24 H or No Show at the beginning or during the tour : 100% of the fees. We thank in advance all our clients to be ready 10 minutes before the departure time. Rates for children : Discount of 50% for children less than12 years if adults reservation made. Departures, returns times and routes taken to and from any destination are subject to be modified due to the traffic and special events. We apologise to our customers in advance for any inconvenience. The company cannot be held responsible for delays, heavy traffic, strikes, accidents on the public roads, especially when getting on or off the vehicle, or for robbery on personal effects or luggage. We reserve the right to change or cancel the tours without warning, if the comfort and safety of passengers do require it. If, for any reasons, you decide to leave the tour before the end, there will be no refund (complete or partial). It is strictly prohibited to smoke in the minivans (17/09/1977 law)
