You will meet your driver as you exit the ship, outside the security area.
(If you stay in a hotel, we will meet in the reception area)
He/she will be holding a name-board.

The booking system will ask you to pay (by PayPal or credit card) the full amount (group tours) or a deposit of 100€ (private tour).
In case a balance is due, it should be paid directly to your driver in cash or by credit card. Payment by credit card is required to be done in the morning.

Cancellation policy:
48 hours prior the departure of your tour (or in case the ship cannot dock): free of charge, any deposit will be reimbursed.
Less than 48 hours: full amount is required.
